I am currently looking for a FRESH GRADS to work with me in LABUAN Offshore Financial Services Authority (LOFSA) as the BANK/INSURANCE/ CAPITAL MARKET SUPERVISOR.

Minta tolong kawan2 especially yang kerja sebagai Lecturer/Professor/ Dean dan yang berkaitan to recommend the potential candidates (Finance/Accountanc y/ Insurance/Actuarial Science/Risk Management/Islamic Banking or other related areas) who are interested from your respective universities. Executive, Supervision Division
(Banking Unit, Insurance Unit, Capital Market Unit) - 10 Vacancies

Responsibilities
1. Ensure the objective of the Corporate Action Plan is achieved through implementation of effective and efficient risk-based supervisory activities according to the established supervisory frameworks.

2. Carry-out examination / investigation on regulated and licensed offshore institutions to assess their performance and financial condition as well as compliance with relevant offshore legislations and guidelines.

3. Report to management on the performance and financial condition as well as any potential risk of regulated and license offshore institutions and provide accurate information together with the recommendations for Management¢s decision.

4. Monitor the financial soundness of all regulated and licensed offshore institutions via continuous off-site surveillance.

5. Strengthen the supervisory framework in order to ensure that the regulated and licensed offshore institutions comply with the relevant offshore legislations and international best practices.

Requirements
a. Possess a recognized university degree in Finance/Accountancy /Insurance/ Actuarial Science and other relevant areas
b. Strong analytical skills
c. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
d. Basic knowledge on banking/insurance/ capital market/risk management acquired in the degree program would be an added advantage
