Client Management Officer (CMO)
(Kuala Lumpur)
Requirements: - Candidate must posses at least a Diploma / Degree or other disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service working experience or in other related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player, mature and self motivated.
- Dynamic, result oriented and willing to learn to explore new knowledge.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Posses a valid driving license and willing to travel.
- Those with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in written & spoken English, knowledge of Mandarin (spoken) is an added advantage.
Responsibilities: - Conduct product training and provide excellent follow-up with clients to develop good rapport.
- The CMO complements the Sales Team in the area of client servicing, training, account & relationship management; propose solution, collection and other activities specified by the Company.
- Develop, built and maintain good client relationship.
