Position : HR Training Executive
Requirement :
* Minimum 2-4 years experience in oil and gas industry is a must
* Conduct and coordinate all training activities and preparing training module and materials
* To plan and implement an annual TNA & TNI to identify the operational needs of the offshore and to develop the skills and expertise of staff.
* To evaluate the training and development program ensuring that the effectiveness of the training within the workplace supports organizational objective.
* To design and arrange the delivery of seminars, workshops, briefings and short courses to meet the needs of the organizational and the staff.
* To assist in the management of the training and development budget ensuring value for money and compliance with Company financial systems & procedures.
* To maintain the training and development records on the computerized personnel information system ensuring provision of accurate reporting for the Management.
* To abide by the Company policies and procedures relating to Quality Assurance, Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities.
* Plan and organize an in-house training whenever is required
Position : Welding Engineers
Requirement :
* Engineering or materials degree is essential.
* Welding engineering qualification is essential
* Min 5 years as welding engineer is essential
* Experience of mechanized pipeline welding is preferred
* Knowledge of NDT and AUT is preferred.
