Key Responsibilities

E) Manager - Strategic Planning & Governance Section
Purpose
The jobholder embodies the role of a chief enterprise architect, focusing on the areas of IT Strategy, Architecture and Planning.
This role requires the jobholder to lead, develop, maintain and govern the strategic plan for the IT Department. The strategic plan covers the definition and review of the architecture process, as well as the integration of these processes with other related business and IT processes.

Key Responsibilities
The jobholder should, at a minimum, ensure the strategy is understood and acted on, but ideally contributes to the strategy itself.


Architect: This process involves articulating the desired future state, understanding the current state, identifying the gaps between the two states and developing approaches to close these gaps. The jobholder assumes the key role to establish a department strategic plan comprising the appropriate architecture standards to guide the proper and appropriate deployment of technology in the Bank for the next three to five years.

Possess a recognized Master's/Bachelor' s Degree or professional qualifications in Economics/ Business/ Finance/ Accounting/Insuranc e/ Islamic finance/ Statistics, Risk management, mathematics or other similar qualifications.
Working experience in financial sector is prefered. Exposure in treasury activities, assets management, corporate finance is an added advantage.
Credit in Bahasa Melayu and English at SPM/MCE/SPMV Level;
Excellent communication skill both verbally and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English; and
A Malaysian citizen and age below 35.
