Salam semua, My company trades in chemicals (mostly water and wastewater treatment) , bleaching earths (activated clays for refining of edible oils) and fertilizers. Our clients are mostly government agencies and government related companies. Due to increase in sales activities, we urgently require a Sales Coordinator to mainly handle the following scope of works: 1. To handle incoming orders from customers via phone, fax and emails 2. To make arrangement with our suppliers for timely delivery of products ordered by customers 3. To monitor customers order pattern and to ensure that the company is kept well abreast of any significant changes in order behavior 4. To call customers on regular basis to check stocks and take orders 5. To gather and manage all necessary sales documentation (Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Weighbridge Tickets etc) and work with Finance to ensure timely issuance of invoices to customers. 6. To follow up on collection The above job will be based at our office at Platinum Walk, Setapak (opposite Danau Kota) with occasional local travelling as necessary. Qualification: Minimum SPM grade 2 with at least 1 year similar working experience. Those with lesser qualification but longer good working experience will be considered. Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, Medical & Personal Accident Insurance Working Hrs: 8.30Am-4.30pm (Mon-Friday) 8.30Am-1.00pm (Sat) Salary: Between RM1,000-RM1,300 depending on qualification & experience and job fit.
