- with 5 years experience in onshore pipeline repair and rehabilitation work and had been assigned as project manager at least 5 previous similar project

2) Project Engineer

- with 3 years experience in pipeline installation and had been assigned as project engineer on 5 previous similar project

3) Site Supervisor

- with 3 years experience in onshore pipeline repair and rehabilitation work and had been assigned as Site Supervisor on 5 previous similar project

4) Safety Supervisor

- with 3 years experience in onshore pipeline repair and rehabilitation work and had been assigned as Safety Supervisor on 5 previous similar project
