INDUSTRIAL SKILL ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM AND JOB
OPPORTUNITIES. 100 FULL TIME TRAINEES NEEDED IN
PROGRAMMING and USABILITY.

SKALI is an e-Business Specialist that unleashes
business potential and transforms e-business ideas
into business results by effectively developing and
implementing integral e-business infrastructure,
solutions and services. SKALI core business includes
Internet Data Centre operations, web applications, and
e-business consultancy. SKALI has introduced an
industrial training program called SPIKE program.
SPIKE is a training program dedicated to develop and
enhance the skill sets of fresh graduates and
unemployed graduates to be more employable. Benefit to
join SPIKE program:

1. Training will be provided
The program will train graduates on the latest web
technology (i.e PHP5, AJAX, NeoFission, LINUX, MySQL,
Information Architecture, Creative design, Usability)
including vital entrepreneurial and business skills
for 3 months.

2. Job opportunities After the 3 months training,
graduates will be offering job opportunities with
SKALI Company in Apprenticeship program for a minimum
of 12 months. Graduates will receive a salary between
RM1, 200 to RM4, 000 per month based on their
performance in the training and the job scope.
During the 3 months program, all the program expenses
will be bear by Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) and
graduates also will receive a monthly allowance of
RM500 from the MARA.

The minimum criteria to join this program are a
diploma or degree in the following fields:
1. Information Technology (IT),
2. Science Computer
3. Multimedia and Creative Design,
4. IT Systems and Network,
5. Business and Finance
6. Mass Communication
* Candidates of other disciplines are also encouraged
to apply

All participants will be required to sit for a
Competency Test. Successful participant will then be
interviewed in order to gauge the existing skill sets.

Tests will be made available in the portal and will be
constantly updated.
