ESQ NEW RECRUITMENT
Account Assistant ( 1 position)
Requirement Job description
Minimum Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent, minimum have 1 year working experience, computer literate, credit/debt control skill and pleasant personality with good working attitude Manage daily accounting operations, responsible for preparation of full set account, prepare monthly accounting reports, and to ensure the accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, journals and general functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner
Head of Operation ( 1 position)
Requirement Job description
Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years working experience especially event management experience, have skills to manage, plan, controll & monitor. Coordinate operation matters (exp. Data entry and event preparation) to ensure smooth workflow, to supervise operation division functions and other assigments/taks which related to operation management. 
Purchasing and Procurement ( 1 position)
Requirement Job description
SPM or Diploma holder with 2 years working experience, have knowledge on basic purchasing and material control and excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivated. Maintain complete documentation of purchasing transaction, plan, monitor and control  inventory in store at optimum level, execute and support purchasing activities to ensure smooth running of ESQ items stock.
Data Entry ( 2 positions)
Requirement Job description
Education Minimum SPM, at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, can operate MS office, SQL server and computer literate Duties include inputing alumnaes (participant) datas into the system, to provide administrative support and updating alumnaes database.
Telemarketer ( 3 positions)
Requirement Job description
Minimum SPM with good communication skills, preferably have working experience 1 year on telemarketing field and can operate MS office.    Promote ESQ training through telemarketing, assist customers (alumnaes) with online registration and reply customers (alumnaes) e-mails and attend to customers (alumnaes) phone calls. 
HR Executive ( 1 position)
Requirement Job description
Diploma / Degree holder, at least 2 years of working experiences, strong leadership and management skills, knowledge on deal HR issues (such as Employment Act, Domestic inquiry, remuneration, HR database system etc).  Assist HR related matters, maintain personal files and HR information, and other function that related with Human Resources matters. 
Admin ( 2 position)
Requirement Job description
SPM or Diploma holder, preferably with 1 year working experience, can operate Microsoft office application and have skills on market forecast and database, good communication and inter-personal and could handle multiple task in one time. Perform general and administrative duties (such as marketing or representative report), liaise with vendors (hotels/venue organizer) if required, handle basic correspondence, documentation and follow-up functions. 
CR Executive ( 3 position)
Requirement Job description
Minimum Diploma, working experience 2 years on sales and marketing task and with good interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition.  Roll out strategies to increase new corporate clients, develop and maintain relation with corporate to promote ESQ training and assist the CR department on ESQ LC in the planning, development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
Head of Alumnae Service ( 1 position)
Requirement Job description
 Minimum education Diploma, an alumni, preferably have customer services experience, planning & managing skills/experience to develop the community. Provide support to alumnae matters, liaison with alumnae and other task to handle the alumnae relation functions of the company.
